    OMG all those phallic symbols are sooooo funnnneeeee! OK, gotta add anudder one, a real one. This is ACTUALLY the marker at the entrance to where my parents lived (the house my dad just sold, in Lanikai)....sooo many people have their pic taken in front of it. SO, to give directions, we would mention going past the "phallic symbol", and it is up high, as you drive up past the ocean below, so can't miss it....LOL....

    To show how large it is....

    The history (if anyone cares!)....

    Lanikai Marker:  This stone and concrete marker was built in 1924 by Charles
    Frazier at the entrance of the New beach subdivision Lanikai.  Approximately 300
    acres of land was acquired from Harold Castle's holdings and W.G. Irwin Estate
    and renamed Lanikai for this development. There are beautiful views of Kailua Bay and Flat
    Island from where this marker stands.

    4 oz NUVO (Available at BevMo and most other liquor stores)
    1 1/2 oz Gin
    Muddled cucumbers, lime and mint

    Prep
    Mix the NUVO sparkling Liqueur and your gin of choice together. Add the cucumbers, lime and mint. Serve in a highball glass, garnish with mint and enjoy.

    LOL Camille! Glad you are staying in the HTL longer now....wese all lubs to habs as many gals as wants ta be dwunk and join us! BTW, have you seen the video that Lori made of our beloved HTL (Hot Tatties Lounge)? It is awesome....several of us from waaaaaay back (not many of us left on the thread from original group), made it up, and had thought of the Tenders and Wenches, and amenities, but LORI put it all together in an awesome video, even has music. Then, everyone has been adding new Tenders (awesome hunks), and other amenities as they see fit. SO it is quite a joint effort, and really an amazing place to hang out. We have amazing firemen, swim up bar, etc. ANYTHING you want, plus the bestest galz to hang out with and be silly and laff and dwink! ChEARS (Stands for "Cheers Big Ears; Same Goes, Big Nose)!

    OK SERIOUS QUESTION:

    I'm going to start dring that verggie juice for vitamins and I thought if I could put a little bit of Vodka in it it would TASTE much better, it's basically tomatoe tasing but different and if I put a celery stalk in there, maybe I can fool mysef--which is super easy for me to do.  OK would any of u do that? I vant de truth. LOL OH there's no meds in there.

    The Cerne Abbas Giant, also known as the Cerne Giant and the Rude Man, is a chalk drawing of a naked man wielding a club on a hillside in Cerne Abbas, a village in Dorset. It is the most-visited site in the entire county.

    No one knows when the Giant first appeared on the hillside of Cerne Abbas. His presence is first recorded in 1694 in the accounts of the churchwarden of St. Mary's Church in Cerne Abbas, which records that 3 shillings were paid for "repairing ye Giant." Successive churchwardens have used the symbol of the Giant on lead plaques on the roof of the church.

    There are many theories about the identity of the Cerne Abbas Giant. One common interpretation is that he is a prehistoric or Celtic fertility god or symbol. There is a mound below the Giant's now-empty left hand, which could be a remnant of a severed head-this was a common ancient Celtic religious symbol. Adding credence to this theory is that another hillside chalk drawing, the White Horse of Uffington, is thought to date from this early period. And the Trendle, an earthwork on the hill above the Giant, has been dated to the Iron Age.

    Camille, The reason I have been sitting around dwinking and not posting is cuz mese wuz on a cruise...no internet there unless you wanna  pay lotsa $$$. SO mese habs an excuse, yippee....for once mese habs a valid excusely. But shoot, I'd add the wokda too...but like NM said, maybe dwink it at night (well noon would work too, for mese)!
