Stella u can come anytime--we have a mall extra bedroom and I can stock up on vodka (used to be my favorite drink) now not so much. But we are a borin family to be with that's for sure--My DD is bi-poler so sometimes she's fun--u just never know when LOL, my SIL hasn't worked in a while but he's pretty good just worries alot and my grandson likes to hang out with me--cuz his parents are hooligans (his words) But it gets cold and we have snow and ice-skating here. So u'r welcom to come anytime..

Lori I think u asked me what I did for work--OK don't ever judge me by my work, cuz I wasn't the norm for thst job.--DMV--except I wasn't crabby ever and neither were the 3 girks I made friends with that we 're stilk together. M-One was the manager and I was rhe supervisor--we were the easiest going two. But that's why I was so politically involved with everything for years and I hated that.. One of the girls (that's my real friend) went to volunteer our time for phone calls---we were asked to leave cuz all we did was laugh. We worked in titleand registration and brought in tons of money and we were never of the mark . We never broke the law for anyone, but we bent it as far as we could,LOL and
We had FBI infiltrate the olace, we had swat teams running in with all weapons drawn(that wasn't fun) we had people arrested there-most of that always seemed to be in election yrs??? It was a fun job with my best friends but not in actuality. Tooooo political, That's why my Dr. really didn't want me to work when I started chemo _begore surgery) but I did work for 4 months and just did mostly work in the back offices.--then I had one of my surgeries and went on dis.

THE TURKEY SHOT OUT OF THE OVEN

and rocketed into the air,
it knocked every plate off the table
and partly demolished a chair.It ricocheted into a corner
and burst with a deafening boom,
then splattered all over the kitchen,
completely obscuring the room.It stuck to the walls and the windows,
it totally coated the floor,
there was turkey attached to the ceiling,
where there'd never been turkey before.It blanketed every appliance,

I was laughin so hard my DD was in the shower and I went in, I'd be worse if I tried to make it to the other bathroom so she asked me for a courtesy flush for the obvious reasons--that was the quickest show she ever took and walked right out and said I don't know how u can stay in there. hahahaha my kids crack me up.

Orange I think Stella is going to be one of my bestest friend ever cuz all she needs from me is Vodka---and if she's diabetic I know the vodkas without sugar--So I'll be a step ahead of everything and if she's in pain, I've got pain pills and if for any reason she's anxious I have something for that.Now if she can't sleep I have something for that, and if she gets sick I have something for that but as far as food oes I have veggie chips, cookies and cheese cake--So hahaha I'm all set for Stella and if she doesn't want to come I can have all this stuff myself. Either way I won't loose. The onky thing I do tho is try my darnedness to get from one side of the house to the other without falling, tht's an accomplishment for me. hahaha

Bernie I love waking up to u'r finnies. It's so good. LOL
I think the lounge was empty last night--I' sorry Dork I was very awake last night--in fact I hardly remember last niht. My kids had their own lounge goin her I can see by all the cans sitting all over the place. We had carpeting put in the hallway yesterday and the kids were shopping and Joe (the carpet guy) told me he was leavin for a while I figured it was to get dinner--my kids laughed when I told them he was buying his own party. My kids drink once a week--goofy only once a week--they don't like Joey to think it's all right to drink Ugh my kids saw me drink every single dayand they're fine. hahaha
But I don't care if Stella drinks everyd day and Joey and Stella can sing toether--he sings all the time-he know songs from the 70's so whatever she sings he'll join along. And Joey will teach her manners easily--I have none I just taught them. and he also has Let's dance so she can have fun with him.
OK I'm going out to lunch today with my GFs and I did my nails purple chit I love this color. And I'm wearing a turleneck to cover up my ugly neck--I wore one for the last 2 weeks, I didn't want anyone to chop my head off during the turkey season. OOHH I'm under so much pressure. I haven't had my coffe yet so my mind is still off (More than usual) I make strong coffee and they don't like when I make coffee it's too strong. My dad and I had coffe together every moning even when I worked and hed make it so strong I ot used to that. My mom would dilute it. (silly lady)
Coffee's ready and it's one of my favorite it Christmas coffee (that's the name) or maybe it should be called Holiday coffee it's goooood.

Christmas Coffee
Ingredients
- Peel of 1 medium-sized orange
- 1 cup(s) brandy
- 6 whole(s) cloves
- 4 whole(s) allspice
- 2 (three-inch long) cinnamon sticks
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 3 cup(s) hot double-strength coffee
Directions
- With small flower-shaped canapé cutter, cut out 8 flowers from orange peel; set aside.
- In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat brandy, cloves, allspice, cinnamon sticks, sugar, and remaining orange peel until very hot. Remove from heat. Carefully ignite brandy with match. Let flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Slowly pour coffee into flaming mixture. Ladle into 8 demitasse or café brûlot cups. Garnish with orange-peel flowers.
Stuff all that - just drink the brandy
