Oh My ....... You Beachyettes!!!!! I'm backkkkk! Went up to see my Grandson!!!! He is such a Cutie. I will have to get a pic & post one of these days. He is talking now tries to say "DVD's" but can't say the "V" yet so he says "DD's". AND DANCE.....Boy can that one Dance.....Loves Loves Loves to Dance.....Shakin & Bee Boppin ALL OVER the place!!!! If only I had that much energy!!!! I would be one of those Dancin Grannies! LOL!!!! I miss My Son, DIL, & GRAND. But it's good to be home. It was a Very Very Very Windy Monsoon drive up & back. Off to work in a few!

Headed up to VA, but we're going to go to DD2's in-laws who live on Pawley's Island. We'll have one day at the beach on Thurs..... so keep your fingers crossed for some sunshine. If so, I'll be sure to have my camera charged up & ready to go!!!!

I'm gearing up to return to my real life, already in progress.
Ready or not, the time is at hand.
This weekend is VA, 3 different presentations, an hour & 45 minutes each. What was I thinking??? Will pace myself and have given myself permission, that if I've run out of steam by the third one, I'll just hang a sign up to cancel it and apologize.

spish splashing by to say hi to all and Faith have a great time at the real beach. I hope to get to a reach beach this summer. I know I will be on Lake Michigan and hope to meet several bc survivors around that area. Going to go walk the beach now and see if I can find any sea glass or sea shells. Hugs to all.

Let me just pause long enough to thank each & every beach poster for your contributions here. I am so indebted to our beach.
The friendships, the views, the camraderie, the support, the encouragement, the vistas, the talents, the laughter, the nonsense, the events, the milestones, the silliness, the beauty, the continuity, the delight, the joys, the community, the songs, the poems, the happiness, the hand holding, the meeting-up-in-real-life, the togetherness, the helpfullness........ it's all meant the world to me in my walk.
A word of appreciation to our founder, Angel, for establishing this place and welcoming me into it's heart.

What a great 8000th post Faith. May there be many more years of beach combing. I miss the scavenger hunts we use to have, those were so much fun and Sahalie could come up with some good hard ones. LOL

Wishing you safe travels and a positive return back to your real world. It seems like we were just talking about how long it would take, how you would feel when you started back to your travels. Even though you're not feeling 100% right now, I'm sure you'll just get better and better with time. Just checking in.... wearing my purple suit so maybe ya all may not notice the big purple bruise on my bum and below. I fell in the bathroom reaching under the counter for that last roll of tp behind the pipe.... did not have my balance when I tried to get up.

Faith, your bruising is really lasting a long time! Is that mostly because of the infection? I hope it's not due to over-use of your arms or fluid build-up. Sounds painful,.....

After my last surgery, DH said I looked like I was celebrating Mardi Gras with green purple and yellow covereing my Chest and tummy. Sorry you are looking mussed-up. No one would notice if your bruises did show, your smile would attract the attention!!!
