Lisa, with that picture you've buoyed me up. There is a barn near us with buoys all over one side.........and we're in Ontario. It SO reminds me of the ocean. How could it get any better than that?
Gentle hugs beachettes.
Edit to add that I do love the big red fire truck.......sigh.......but were they any cute guys around?

Thanks for sharing.

hehe LOLOL Seyla---they ARE jumping on to my screen. I like saving them as desktop backgrounds. I just change them up when she puts up new pictures
Hope all you beachies had a great day!
Well, Sharon Snookums.........you COULD take some pictures of your buoys. We (I) would love to see them

We have made it safe-n-sound back to our very own little bit of heaven on earth.
We arrived this afternoon, just in time to catch the end of our weekly gazebo concert. This week is an annual Plein Air Painting Festival -- and the reason that we hurried back just as soon as I could get out of the surgeon's office & my aspiration.
Anyhow, unbeknownst to me, tonight's mid-week, paint off was scheduled to be right here in Sister Bay!!!!!! Outta my gourd when I realized. All 40 of the featured artists were set up with easels and all of their wares..... quite a few wanna-bees too. It is so amazing to me.
Here's a couple of shots of what the sky looked like, right as the sun was going down, with two of the artists renditions.
On my blog, I talked about how a photographer 'taught' me how to use my own camera, to get both the subject & foreground in proper lighting. Wasn't that an extra blessing!!!!
(Oodles more pictures on my blog, if anyone wants to see other paintings in progress.)
