Here's a peak over my shoulder at last night's sundown.
Watching these two glide together was breath-taking.

Faith..That is beautiful.
I'm melted too. Made a mistake to go out for half an hour. Came home drinking ice water to find my head.
I missed the beach. (not 100 degree areas)
Someone take me away to your island where temp and humidity is not this high.
I waaaaaaaant to be on a nice breezy beach

The sea in the top two photos is the Great Southern Ocean........last bit of land before Antartica.

Lisa, I think I actually enlarged this ... much easier on hub's laptop, which is what we take down the shore on weekends, than on my desktop at home! So here's Harry ... Pink and TerryO's Cathy would feed him daily after they fished, successfully, in later afternoon during our Tampa trip last year.

Faith, those sunsets are soooo gorgeous ... Coonie - I sent a message to Cinderella on the other site a few minutes ago and used "wondermous" in my post!!! Was there before coming here, so I really didn't copy ... strange, huh?

and here's a large view of the Long Beach Island NJ shot, showing lots more detail. Notice the mini flock of birds in the sky ... they were probably why I took the shot!

Chrissy, I absolutely love your shots ... isn't it great to have pictures to look back on? aaaahhhh

marlegal, I have a fascination for the sea....can't tell can you? I am very patient and can sit for ages just waiting for the right shot. Oh I'm so glad they invented digital cameras now I can take hundreds of shots to get the right one. mmmmmmmm.

chrissy, i'm very fortunate to live 2 hrs from ocean...have gone for vacations my entire life ... my cousin and I, good friends, go together once each year and just stand there and look - I love sharing that sense of wonder with someone so close to me, ya know? Yes ... you do

I only live 25 minutes from the ocean..Pacific that is..I need to get there more often..

Most of my sea shots are taken on Kangaroo Island. I go there once a year to visit my younger sister and we just travel the Island chatting and taking in the scenery. I spend two of three weeks at a time and never want to leave.
