    Lisa, In August we will have been married 45 years but tomorrow, Washington's Birthday marks the 45th anniversary of our meeting.  A few difficult times but overall a very good life and a wonderful husband.

    Beachie kids............

    Headed off for a 12 day adventure, leaving the warmth of FL sunshine & headed to the great gray midwest: Columbus, Cleveland and Pittsubrgh before flying back down here.

    I will be checking in periodially, but wanted you to know that I'll be happily distracted with WonderBoy & the Twinzees in addition to work/play/work/play.

    Have a wonderful time, Faith. btw I checked out your story about House 10 on your blog and watched your video. Such an awesome story about Eric. When such powerful serendipitous occasions occur, I take them as affirmations that we are on the right track, that what we do really matters, and that our Creator cares about the desires of our heart. Eric must be on Cloud 9 with his very special book!

    I just received this from my friend in NZ

    we are ok, we were downtown in a mall, it was just terrible. It takes us about 30 mins to get home, after the quake it took us 4 hours, we had to cross the avon river and a lot of bridges were down ,and there was liquefaction and water everywhere, some roads we had to go up on the footpath to get thru after we found a bridge which is damaged  but it was open the traffic flowed really good. So much damage and now it is raining hard. We have had a lot of aftershocks so not going to bed tonight, all the shelters that they made up are full, lot of visitors from overseas in town Just awful

    Lisa, I'd heard that there were lots of people trapped in stores, so when you started your story I got goosebumps! NZ is in the world's prayers tonight for sure.

    Safe travels Faith.  I'll look forward to FB pics of the kiddies!!!  DH and I will hit the 34 yr mark in May.  Since I'm only 27 I'm not sure how that works, but what the hell :)

    Safely in OH with the kidlets.

    DD's hubby, our SIL ships out to Iraq tomorrow, so it's bittersweet for us to be here.

    They have been out for the whole day since our arrival together & me with the 3 -- don't know who's happier the pack of them or the whooped one of me. Grand-dad pitches in and chases, but then it's all me.

    I just keep squeezing them like crazy.

    Yesterday I spen the afternoon at our pool in my polka dot suit.

    Today with snow on the ground and ice-y sidewalks. CRAZINESS!!!!!! What was I thinking????

    nighty night....................

    Talked to Italy today while boarding plane in Tampa, really made me feel like a jet-setter! LOL

    I got to 'eat' my two grands on Family Day on Monday. They came to our house for a small baby shower for the next one to come. I can't help it, I have one of the boys on my lap and I just have to rest my lips on their head and kind of talk to their brain. You know "NaNa loves you sooooooo much." As they wiggle and laugh in my lap. They're edible. I think. I can see why that wicked witch wanted Hanzel and Gretyl, but they'd be too old for my tastes. I'm still loving them smaller. Zach had a short nap and woke up smiling away just like he went to sleep! Such a happy, happy baby. Just like my DD was when she was a baby..

    Wedding is this June.My dress is on order pick it up  in May.My son has been married 3 years but due to health reasons they are not going to have children.So I will have to wait a few years for the newly weds.

    My daughter is 14, I miss my baby and at the same time I cannot wait to be a grandma!  The giggle of a baby is so musical!

    I am counting down the weeks until little baby-boo arrives.  It is going to tear ny heart to be so far away.  I told them they'd better get better internet service so Grandma can read stories and chat with baby.
