Yes! if it isn't too cold. Brings back good memories of walking on the beach with my aunt. She was about 88 years old and could walk faster than I could.

True - I do enjoy yoga tho I'm not practicing it at this time.....I am doing gym work and swimming but would love to add yoga in...just no time to schedule a class.

Yes, on wishing for sleep - well, uninterrupted sleep would be more like it. My hot flahses are back with a vengance (they haven't been this bad since chemo in 2005). I usually wake up hourly and I'm hotter than blazes. That can happen anywhere from 10 - 20 times per night........LONG nights.

No juggling. I read a science fiction book once whose main character juggled. Does that count?
I'm not very co-ordinated, but I did re-learn to type. I use the keyboard layout of Dvorak (the composer's distant relative) instead of QWERTY. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvorak_Simplified_Keyboard . I didn't buy a new keyboard. I type by touch at work, and changed the letter placement on my home keyboard.
The next person uses a Dvorak keyboard layout. There are about 100,000 Dvorak users. (Obviously its hard to estimate.) (I know what kind of answer I'm going to get...)
