I want to thank everyone for your prayers...I have a praise report. I had my first visit with a physical therapist for my right shoulder. I just wasn't getting the range of motion back to anythng normal for a very long time. He told me I was on the verge of getting frozen shoulder but with proper exercise everything will be fine. I felt really good leaving my first visit and that this is what the Lord planned for me to do! I found out I was moving my arm in a way that was actually making my shoulder worst! yikes...good thing too that I didn't start swimming; moving my arm above my head is putting a strain on my shoulder which then tightens up the shoulder and muscles all around.
We know God is good and I'm thankful He works things out for us and knows what is best for us!

I pray right now that our Father, who loves you dearly, bring a peace to your heart and soul. I'll share a word that has strenghten me lately. Jesus said I am the Way and when you think about how God sent Him for us all to die for us, that this was 'the only way' to save us. There is no other way...Jesus took on all our pain & suffering and paid the penalty for us so we don't have to suffer. Sometimes our minds wonder when we are in a moment (s) of struggling and we think ''isn't there any other way?" And yes there is! Set your eyes on the cross and see all that our Savior did for you! May you rest is knowing you have the one in you that will do whatever work is needed for to help you and this IS THE WAY.
