For passing my screening this week and got the official notification stable and ok to wait for another year before going again! We were worried when called into the consult room afterward it was not good news. Such a relief though.

  • @bcincolorado thats wonderful, stable is awesome!

It’s early here in NJ, the birds are singing and my cat is purring in my lap. Grateful for the start of a new day enjoying the sunshine and feeling good.

Pets are such comfort sometimes. We have a bird feeder right our front window on the ground outside and love to look at it. We live in a bi-level house so we are up a level and almost to the leaves on the tree and look down on it. We have had such a variety this year including these tiny little things we have never seen before. We have suit feeder next to the seed feeder with two perches and we will often have 6 little ones on the suit and 2 larger ones on the seed out there at the same time. It happens a few times a day which we call 'feeding time' for breakfast and afternoon snack and then dinner time. We can see them fly out of the tree down there so get up to look out the window and not spook them. So fun. We call it the wildlife show here. there is also the piggy squirrel that hangs out under the feeder to get what the birds knock out. Not our own pets which is a short haired Aussie and so sweet. Our doggie not only gives us loving but is a lover dog for everyone who may come to visit as well.

I am grateful for the tree with orange leaves outside my window, with squirrels eating and birds flitting in and out. Makes me smile and feel calm.

For a warm place to be inside when weather is getting cooler. Know there are some who do not have that.

I am grateful for a warm day in Ohio and on the weekend when I could work in the yard. I am so very grateful for the energy to be outside almost all day and then putting up Christmas lights! I am old and achy but felt very good outside.

I am grateful a teenager came around looking to do some yard work and asked about raking the leaves. Said he would do for $15 and would take us a whole day to get done out there and so much work and worth it. Had a little more cash so gave him $23 and he was happy. We were thrilled to have help. DH felt sorry for him after about 2 1/2 hours out there and went to pick up a few of the piles he had out there before he got to them for him. We remembered our son being young and he and his friend would go around to get money to spend on expensive tennis shoes we would not willing to pay for since their feet were growing so much and would do work for people.
