    Today is very windy and tomorrow 100% chance of rain.  I do get to go to an academic meet here that my 12 year old grandson is captain of.

    I took some pictures of  my kitty when I was soaking up some vit d yesterday.  I swear no matter how down I get they can make me smile.

    that is boots in front of the door, she is always looking at herself in the reflection, I noticed you can see me with my contraption foot propped up on the table leg.

    this is miss coco puff the small calico cleaning herself.  I still have a large calico and the most beauty persian gray mixed with a little orange willl try to get picture of them.  They are wilder than the others and won't let me hold them like the others will.

    Hello mountain, well I am off to the dentist this morning, a cap fell off leaving a hole and is cutting my tongue with sharp edges.  Hope all has a good day.  will be back later.

    I am doing ok Mountaineers.. just healing over here.... sore today.. so livin on Demerol... 51 hours past surgery...:) (((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))

    Got a new tooth today, so feel much better.  Also got a picture of Miss Gray I will post

    Miss Gray is so pretty with touches of orange and yellow looking eyes.  they are all so sweet and funny

    Good Evening All:

    Most of the leaves are gone now just a few trees with yellow leaves left.  Had ice on my car windows this morning.  I guess winter is on its way.

    Footie... are you STILL seeing the doctor???????????????? Are you getting answers YET?????????? It has been sooooooooooooooooo long with nothing... when will you know SOMETHING????????????? This must be H. E. Double toothpicks for you... I have yet to meet anyone who goes to the doctor as much sister.. and seems to NEVER get an answer... :(.... I am sorry.. PLEASE let me know.. when you get your answer....:).. Love you and all Mountaineers

    Deb, the picture is beautiful and cools me off a little just looking at it.

    I planted a weeping willow tree yesterday and hope it grows huge, they are my favorite tree.  I am going to post a picture of the one in the park here in town and this is what I hope mine looks like in a few years.

    Hello peaceful mountain.  Got a bonfire built up and the lawn chairs sitting around.  Lots of snacks and hot chocolate.  Come sit a spell.   Missing Sierra and her  peaceful posts, and where is footie.  Estepp, are you seeing better.  Deb, ready for more pictures.

    As you know, Ive not a puter

    but am at library today

    and Miss Gray, and the other kitties are lovely!

    Well, lets see, I've been busy with

    the Nursing Home and family

    walks when nice, and going to the

    Royal Winter Fair this week

    I was away and fed chickadees ..

    right out of my hand, they are so precious up close

    Sierra, good to see you on the mountain.  Glad you got to a puter today.  Glad you like the pictures here.  Is a Royal Winteer Fair like the Country fairs here?  Lots of food and rides and games?  Yep, got the cap fixed, yep expensive but feels so much better.  Hope you have some wonderful holidays.

    Deb, now that looks COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never in my life seen anything like that.

    Footie after seeing Deb's picture I got the chills so glad you got a fire going and some hot chocolate.  Just the thing for the cold windy night.

    I haven't been on today because I have been grieving.  Someone ran over angel, my black and white kitty.  I know people think it is dumb to be so upset over an animal but my dog and cats are like family to me and I love them and they leave a hole, an empty space in my heart.  I will miss her to much.  She is the one that when I sat on the deck she always climbed up under the table and looked at me through the glass top and try to get my finger through the glass.

    Nite on the mountain, more tomorrow.

    Thank you Sierra, at least whoever ran over her, moved her to the side of the road so at least we got to bury her and have a little pet funeral.  Sad to say our pet cemetary keeps growing.  She was such a sweet little thing.

    My DH did his good deed today, we saw an elderly woman trying her best to open the hood of her car and he turned around and went back and helped her, I was proud of him, he has a heart of gold.
