I haven't checked in for a couple of days I think.  Kind of forgot when I last posted but Saturday I did not get to yoga as we had a hail storm.  That afternoon was beautiful though so I spent an hour and a half digging, raking, spreading and a short dog walk.  Sunday I walked.  Monday turned cold and snowed again!  Today I have a cold so I didn't exercise.  I joined a post treatment program at my local health club which starts tomorrow.  I hope my cold won't turn so bad that I don't want to go.

Red, oh my that hurts to think of it.  I hope you get better soon.

I missed the blood moon and the eclipse, Clouds, clouds, clouds.  I did see snow on a daffodil however, which is almost as rare!

Inspired a couple pages back you asked about the numbers in the study.  RR numbers mean anything under 1 is an improvement over control, anything over 1 is worse than control (no aspirin).  If you need more than that, it might be too much math for my head right now!

Hope everyone got their taxes done!  I got mine done a whole week early, which is good for me!

Red, I applaud you for any movement at this point. Please get better soon. Cdelv, congrats on getting rid of the drain. Feels so much better without it, huh?

Missed the eclipse due to crappy weather. Ugh!

Did 30 minutes on the Elliptical tonight plus weights.

Rainy today so exercise was washing floors and other 'cleaning' chores.  Had eye doctor appt and he dilated so not too sure about how the 2nd half of cleaning came out since everything was out of focus.  Think I'll get some marching in-place done tonight.

Triple Fat Burner!  That is what us TNBC gals need!  Thanks Two Hobbies, that is good enough for me!  Improvement and they are easy to take.  I get the chewable ones!

Have not worked out yet. Made a deal with hubby that if he cooks dinner for us tonight, I'll work out.  LOL  Taxes got the extension filed.

Thank you Patoo!  Today was a rest day, but tomorrow back to TFB class at the gym! Can't wait! I am hoping they bring back the Tonoga (Yoga and toning with weights) following TFB this week since they replaced it with a HIIT class for the month of March, and I am NOT up to that kinda workout.  This was the first week I really got good exercise consecutively since my surgery.  Between walking, yardwork, and now back to gym classes I feel like a million $.  I figure I should be able to go pretty hard for the next 2 weeks before my next treatment.

Okay, I'll bite. What's an LLC and a TNBC and a TDB and a HIIT. Sorry but I'm new and the acronyms are killing me.

I have no idea what any of them mean! I only know that when people are referring to 'BJ', they are supposedly talking about a class called 'Body Jam'. Happy

Oh Ruth you crack me up. Tonight I was driving home from LAX and the song 'Wake Me Up' by Avicci came on the radio, well it's the cool down song in the latest BJ release and it's a real toe tapper where you twirl around and do a clogging like move so I'm singing along with the radio and tapping my toes and I'm enjoying myself so much I drove right past my freeway exitBawling

Hey Red, here's what I know:

    LLC - Limited Liability Corporation

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

TNBC - Triple Negative Breast Cancer

And I think you mean TFB - Triple Fat Burner that Long Island mentioned BTW welcome Long Island

I think I invented HIIT, back when I first started I couldn't do anything so I used to pretend that I meant to do 3 minutes on the bike, 2 minutes on stair climber and 5 minutes on the treadmill, really I just used to move from one to the other cause that's all I could do, come to find out it's the basis of HIIT, who knewLoopy

IBD, I'm a sole proprietor and it's the same for me, I finally got mine done this afternoon, every year I swear I'll do it earlier but it never seems to happen.....

    Rest day for me today

I'm so envious HBCheryl!  I was really going to get it done on time.  However, I won't wait until October now, I will do it within the next 30 days!  We are actually getting a refund back, so that will motivate me.  :)

    Reporting in:  10.50 miles - 75 minutes

As you can see by the time stamp of this post, it was a little late into the evening when I did it.  But I got it in!  :)

Talk to you all tomorrow!  Night - night owls, if anyone is out there!

Freestyle step and body balance at the gym this morning.

This afternoon was spent at a home not far from where I live, viewing gardens and a large summer house owned by a kind woman and her husband from the gym I attend. They have offered us a cut rate to renting both for a fund raising day of yoga/pilates/meditation workshop to help raise £ for pink pilates. The gradens are so lush and Chelsea Flower Show incredible plus a peacock named Penny who drifts in and outdoors, wherever she pleases. This event will take place in July yet at this early stage the motivation and vibe are all in sync.  Cool!

Hi hbcheryl! Thanks for the welcome, and great job on all the acronyms! Yep Triple Fat Burner! What a great class! It's cardio step to start out, followed by cardio kickboxing, then back to step.  I love it! Loud music with a fast beat - it's so much fun and a serious workout! Going back today for more in about an hour.  I need to work extra hard next couple of days since I spent yesterday baking, and of course in the best interest of those I love I had to try everything to make sure it wasn't poison, hahaha!

Woohoo!! Survived the next increase in the C25K! More running than walking today despite the fact that four of these guys were circling overhead until I yelled, "NOT YET!!!"  which sent DD into a mini-giggle fit.

Nothing for me today but last night I went to the gym and did 2.25 miles on the treadmill.  Ran about 3/4 mile at 5.3 mph pace.  A lot slower than what I was up to before plantar fasciitis problems but still  happy to be working out.  Also did 5 minutes on the stair climber, abs and lower back work and stretching.

    Lilac, that place sounds lovely.

Hiked a bit over 2 miles, some weights, and a bit of hooping yesterday.  Same today minus the hike.

Dulcigirl - you cracked me up! Maybe they were just cheering you on!

Today was a big day for me.  First time since my diagnosis that I got through back to back classes at the gym.  That was 90 minutes of cardio, strength & yoga.  It was super tough but do-able! WooHoo!

    Good night ladies! :)

    Hi Ruth, been awhile.

OMG Red, I am praying hard. LIFE CAN BE SO FN UNFAIR at times and THIS is a time when it is. I will pray for a peaceful passing but more, I am praying for the hearts of the parents of this dear child of God. Please pass the hugs from me to the parents of that sweet child. and may the child REST PEACEFULLY.    ((((( DEB ))))
