Tamoxifen & anemia

I was sent to the emergency room this morning after experiencing numbness on my face, lightheaded and dizzy.

CT scan of my head was clear but my hemoglobin was an 11 which is considered low from a blood test. The last time  my hemoglobin was  low I was diagnosed with my  first cancer diagnosis of colon cancer.

I read that tamoxifen can cause anemia/low hemoglobin. Has anyone experienced this problem.
