Doing Well on Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs)

I can share a positive update here. I’m getting close to my 4 year mark on anastrozole and still NED. My daily side effects continue to be mild to none. I’m super aware of osteoporosis. I’ll get my next bone density scan in May, but I with Prolia did actually improve between my baseline and 2 years after starting AIs. I have had Signatera monitoring since immediately after finishing RT and had another negative result this fall. I will be on the 10 year plan since my BCI (Breast Cancer Index) showed both high risk of recurrence and high benefit from continuing AIs.
