Had my cataract surgery on Thursday. Glad I didn't know in advance that I had to be awake during it! I was disappointed with the results on Friday when the bandage was removed but my vision has gotten steadily better over the weekend. I feel like I could drive today but I will wait a little longer. I don't think I'll get the second eye done right now. My vision is pretty good and I don't want to spend more time off of Ibrance. The doctor and I had decided to see how things were after just doing my left eye. My left eye got very bad over the past year and of course I attribute that to the cancer meds but who knows? Just grateful to see clearly again.

Still taking it easy except for walking. Going off to vote today. Hope everyone has a good day!
