    I recently learnt that for PIK3CA mutation a new drug Inavolisib has been approved. Anyone has more information. I have this mutation, so far I am on Ibrance plus Fulvestrant but just curious about this new drug

    Hi ladies, just found out I am positive for the pic3ka gene. My MO ordered the Tempus genetic test. I have been on 50 mg verzenio, zomeida, and letrazole for 14 months, no progression. I have mets in spine & femur.

    I am not sure if my MO is going to want to change medication regime.

    I was first dx in 2003….found mets by chance.following car accident with CT scan in October 2023. The REAL crazy part is the ER doctor did not tell me. I read the ER printout the following morning and saw….intermittent sclerotic bone metastasis. That was a "thank you Jesus" moment.
