    I am right there with you. I was diagnosed in 2011 also. I had radiation and today I got. CT result that shows some spots on my spine and some small nodules in my lungs. I feel in shock and like my world has collapsed. I have an appointment with an oncologist on Thursday. Meanwhile ai am a bit of an emotional mess. As you say this Covid situation is just too much on top of everything else.

    I feel this way too. More and more issues piling on top of a St 4 diagnosis. I was spending too much time with the news during Covid 19's early days and was so out of sorts and stressed out. I recently decided to start my day with comedy and have been watching stand-up shows on Netflix while I have my coffee. Laughter boosts the immune system.
