'One Maine Republican legislator is vowing to impeach the Secretary of State because while engaging in an insurrection shouldn’t disqualify a person, following the Constitution should. State Rep. John Andrews called it “hyper-partisanship on full display,” while totally missing the irony of calling for an impeachment of a member of the opposite party for doing something he doesn’t like.
Other goons, like Catturd on Xshitter, posted photos of the Secretary of State, which is… See more0 -

MAJOR BREAKING: A motion has been filed to REMOVE Donald Trump from VIRGINIA ballots too.
Here are all the facts you need to know:
The motion, which was filed in district court states:
“Under the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Mr. Trump is constitutionally ineligible to appear on any future ballot for federal office based on his engagement in insurrection against the United States.”
The motion also alleges Trump is an insurrectionist and having him a candidate taints the election with illegality.
If Virginia decided to take Trump off the ballot, they would be the second state to do so after Colorado.
Trump previously responded to Colorado’s decision to take him off the Republican primary ballot:
“A SAD DAY IN AMERICA” he wrote in one Truth Social post, and “WHAT A SHAME FOR OUR COUNTRY!!!” He said in another.A no brainer for all states, but then this one has had special treatment for so long few seem able to figure how how not to do it. Then again, he has led the Reps. into near perdition.
