Hmmm… I just think a grown man putting on make-up with all that left-over pink skin showing looks ridiculous. Is ridiculous a color. Looks like he put it on his lips too. Geeze!!

      ·

MAJOR BREAKING: Judge Lewis Kaplan just threatened to have Donald Trump REMOVED from the courtroom for making “disruptive” comments while E. Jean Carroll was testifying about him defaming her.

    Here are the details.

“Mr. Trump has the right to be present here; that right can be forfeited if he is disruptive or if he disregards court orders,” Kaplan said.

“I hope I don’t have to consider excluding you from the trial.”

After Trump responded he’d “love to be kicked out,”

Kaplan responded, “I know you would because you just can’t control yourself in this circumstance."

    What are your thoughts?

Trump appears to be destroying his own case and MILLIONS of dollars are at stake.

I put the picture in because once again Kise looks to be smiling, but Habba looks disgusted with the Judge. She has totally gone over the side with the Loon. Well, that will just make the fall all the harder. Interesting that she gets tapped for three of her fellow lawyers who were smart enough to back out, and she appears to have zero interest in why. Well, good luck to you and making a name for yourself. Ms. Mudd up to your eyeballs.

Two McLeansboro men charged in connection with January 6th Capitol Breach

    By Bruce Kropp Jan 18, 2024 | 2:45 PM

The charging documents against 37-year-old Justin LaGesse and 36-year-old Theodore Middendorf, both of McLeansboro, include a number of photos where still images from videos allegedly show their actions at the Capitol on January 6th.

Two McLeansboro men have been arrested by the FBI in Illinois on felony and misdemeanor charges related to their conduct during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

37-year-old Justin LaGesse and 36-year-old Theodore Middendorf are charged in a criminal complaint filed in the District of Columbia with felony destruction of property. In addition to the felony, LaGesse and Middendorf are charged with misdemeanor offenses of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, act of physical violence in the Capitol grounds or buildings, and parading, picketing, and demonstrating in a Capitol building.

According to allegations contained in court documents, on Jan. 6, 2021, Justin LaGesse illegally entered the U.S. Capitol building at approximately 2:51 p.m. via a broken window next to the Senate Wing Door. LaGesse then assists Middendorf with his entry through the same broken window. LaGesse carried with him a yellow Gadsden flag, and Middendorf carried an American flag. After entering the building, the two made their way towards the Crypt while carrying their respective flags on their shoulders.

The two then entered the Crypt and continued south into the House of Representatives side of the Capitol. At about 3:01 p.m., the men passed by the House Wing Door emergency exit while Middendorf appeared to have recorded the events with his cell phone. From there, the two made their way to the Hall of Columns and eventually exited the Capitol via the South Door.

After leaving the Capitol, LaGesse and Middendorf reportedly approached a line of Metropolitan Police Department Officers standing behind a bicycle rack barricade. Court documents say that LaGesse called the officers “f— traitors” and “f— communist scum.” The two then proceeded around the building to the north side of the Capitol, where they encountered a group of rioters attempting to breach the building via the North door. At about 4:09 p.m., as officers attempted to stop these rioters, LaGesse and Middendorf approached a large window to the left of the North door and used their flagpoles to strike the window numerous times, damaging it in several places. After failing to shatter the window, Middendorf walked east towards another window and struck it with his flagpole once.

The Architect of the Capitol determined that the window struck by both Middendorf and LaGesse suffered $41,315.25 in damages.

In the 36 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,265 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 440 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony. The investigation remains ongoing.

This was in my WJBD radio news this morning. So they are definitely STILL catching up to those who were so callous and criminalistic for the Loon on 1/6. I for one am glad. Wonder if they may have thought they were going to be "missed" since it is three yrs. gone past now. Amazing that they looked on the police officers they encountered as traitors and communist scum. That is the name I would have chosen for them.

I was just reading about the 14 times Judge Kaplan had to admonish Alina Habba and straighten her out. It included asking questions from a document not in evidence as well as introducing a document as evidence that was already listed. She seems to be nearly clueless as to how to conduct herself and actually assist her client in the proper fashion.

Truly does seem to be a dime store lawyer way over her head.

DISCLAIMER: dime store is just a reference to a nice store with low prices which I really like, but whatever the Loon is paying this woman is too much. She is not worth whatever the amt. is. The Loon should have found someone who could have been referenced as coming at least from Saks.

Alina Habba, back after a tumultuous first day of cross examination, wasn't having any better luck making her case on Thursday in the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial.

Putting aside Habba's inability to form a meaningful and coherent argument as to why her client, Donald Trump, should not be hit with massive damages for his defamation of Carroll of which he has already been found liable, Habba frequently seemed unable to even understand how court proceedings work and had to be repeatedly taught by Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan in real time.

In one moment during cross, Habba asked if Carroll has appeared on any left leaning platforms. Carroll's attorney objected to the question, and the objection was sustained by the judge. Nevertheless, Habba pressed forward with her line of questioning. "Did you not hear me?" asked an irritated Judge Kaplan. Habba shifted gears.

This follows Habba's ignorance in the court on Wednesday, when Judge Kaplan had to repeatedly admonish Habba for basic things like standing up when making an objection, keeping objections in front of the jury brief, and not repeating objections that were already ruled on. At one point, Habba complained about how the Judge addressed her and was told to sit down.

Back to Habba's questioning: It appears that her argument is that E. Jean Carroll became more famous as a result of Donald Trump sexually assaulting her and her lawsuit against Trump, so she actually benefited and was not harmed. Only the best people, as they say.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump continued to defame E. Jean Carroll both after Wednesday's proceedings during a press conference and in a series of late night social media posts.

I haven't watched any of this trial (even if its on anywhere) but Habba seems to have changed her hair style. It's a big improvement, but now if she could just learn how to be a lawyer, things might be a lot better for her and her client.

I suspect Trump and Habba are playing a bigger game. They know they won't win against the law suit, so they're not even trying. They want to discredit the justice system as a whole. "Did you see how disrespectful the judge was? That's how those elitists are. That's why it's ok to ignore them and their silly little 'rules'." It's just more othering to give the Trumpeters something else to feel slighted over.

Personal prayer, it seems to me, is one of the simplest necessities of life, as basic to the individual as sunshine, food and water--and at times, of course, more so. By prayer I mean an effort to get in touch with the Infinite. We know that our prayers are imperfect. Of course they are. We are imperfect human beings. A thousand experiences have convinced me beyond room of doubt that prayer multiplies the strength of the individual and brings within the scope of his capabilities almost any conceivable objective. rump Lawyer’s Past Comments On Faking Being Smart Come Back To Bite Her As She Fumbles And Struggles Through Ex-President’s Defense

    This really isn't going well.

    by Andrea Thompson5 mins ago1 min ago625ShareTweet

If Donald Trump were ever going to pull off a mistrial in court, it would be because of Alina Habba. The scandal-ridden former president’s most notable attorney’s claim to fame certainly isn’t her deep and thorough understanding of the law or courtroom etiquette.

As Donald wades through the New York civil defamation trial to determine the damages he will own to advice columnist and rape victim E. Jean Carroll for defaming her in public, Alina Habba has seemingly made it her mission to make as big an ass out of herself as humanly possible, going so far as to earn herself multiple reprimands from Judge Kaplan in the courtroom — most of which resulted from Habba repeatedly attempting to argue for a pause in the trial to allow her client to attend him mother-in-law’s funeral, despite the fact that Judge Kaplan had already denied her request multiple times.

Eventually, this resulted in Habba getting a rather sharp scolding from the judge, who point-blank told her to “sit down.” Apparently, this hurt the Trump attorney’s feelings, as she whined that she doesn’t like to be spoken to that way, and asked the literal judge not to speak to her like that again.

“I don’t like to be spoken to that way. And we are going to be here for several days,” she said. “I am asking your honor to please refrain from speaking to me in that manner.”

Given her courtroom nonsense this week, social media users were quick to dig up a clip of a recent interview Habba sat for on the PBD podcast earlier this month, during which Habba proudly declared that she’d much rather be pretty than smart.

“I don’t think I’d be on TV or sitting here if I didn’t look the way I look,” the Trump attorney said about her physical appearance. “I think I caught attention.”

“I’m very honest about that and I don’t mind. I’m not a feminist, I believe in strong women but I want my door opened [for me].”

“Somebody said to me ‘Alina, would you rather be smart or pretty?’ and I said ‘Oh easy, pretty… I can fake being smart.'”

Frankly, sweetheart, I’m not so sure you can — and most of social media agrees with me.
