BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a huge court defeat as New York's top court dismisses his desperate appeal to remove the gag order placed on him in Letitia James' $370 million civil fraud trial.

    Trump just can't stop losing...

The New York’s Court of Appeals has officially reinstated the gag order from Judge Arthur Engoran, barring Trump and his shady attorneys from making public statements about courtroom staff. The order was put in place to prevent Trump from launching his deranged trademark smears on innocent people.

The court rejected the appeal, saying that "no substantial constitutional question is directly involved."

Apparently one side pays absolutely no attention what-so-ever to this guy's monumental losses. It seems it is all he ever does. The first three in a row would have had me deeply and strongly questioning while most people just keep walking right off the edge with him. I never enjoyed punishment near enough to even consider such a thing.

Interesting Iowa caucus statistics. Do the news stations report those kinds of figures? All I see are pictures of Donald dickhead wearing a white ball cap with supporters behind him and reports saying he got the votes. Only 14% of Iowans Republicans voted? I wonder what a normal turn out is when the weather isn’t so frigid.

I wanted to break away for a minute from the political news to the royal news that Princess Kate “underwent a ‘planned abdominal surgery’ yesterday.”

"The surgery was successful, and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days, before returning home to continue her recovery," the Palace statement said. "Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter.”

The news also said Prince William cancelled all his engagements for while his wife is hospitalized.

Another report is saying it the surgery was a “non-cancerous” matter. Hearing that she will be hospitalized 10-14 days seems unsettling, tho. My gosh, what kind of surgery keeps a 42 year old woman in the hospital that long?

And more royal news: the Palace put out a statement that King Charles is “being treated for an enlarged prostate and will go to the hospital next week to undergo a “corrective procedure.” It was noted that the king’s condition is benign, but that his public engagement will be postponed “for a short period of recuperation.”

I ‘m just a little shook up by this!

King Charles apparently had some sort of prostate procedure. As for Kate, it’s hard to say and easy to speculate. Yes, the anticipated hospitalization seems a bit long but, and I’m just guessing, medical matters pertaining to the royal family and future queen are likely handled quite differently than the medical matters of your average citizen. I’m going to respect their/her need for privacy and stay away from speculation. I wish her an easy recovery and good health going forward.

10-14 days is a long time to be in the hospital nowadays, even if you are a royal. Usually if you're in that long, something has gone wrong. I couldn't begin to speculate even if I wanted to!

    ruth,

Yes, I agree that it does seem like a long time but I really do think the situation is being treated very cautiously given that she will be a queen one day. I would not be surprised however, if she were to be discharged earlier. The palace has been clear that it is not cancer.

I have really, really mixed feelings on celebrities and whether or not they should be public about their health issues. It certainly is their right to maintain whatever level of privacy they are comfortable with. Yet I also understand that their personal experiences on health issues can bring current information to the public forefront. Still, the right to health privacy is important to all of us, famous or not.

I too was of the opinion that Kate being a Royal would be allowed a longer stay in the hospital. I hope she has a good recovery and returns to good health for a very long time. As to privacy — we are all entitled to that, although here we routinely ask of our President that they be rather forthcoming with any medical maladies and so on. Perhaps the difference is expressed more by whether you're really 'in power' now or not.

Certainly, the Loon never took sharing health issues with the American public seriously what-so-ever. It would not have meant much actually since he would never have owned up to one of his worst maladies — that of being a con and outright total mal-adjusted liar. So be it. At some point as they say, it all comes out in the wash. The Loon is going senile rather quickly now I think, and I've read a time or two about how un-kempt he is. The waiting is hard, but it does seem to be a matter of time.

In recent months, several of my close family members have dealt with devastating health crises, tragically, some leading to death; and I had my own week long hospital stay for surgery, a pulmonary embolism and now continuing recovery. It’s been a hell of a time in our family. So headlines regarding the hospitalization of prominent public figures are going to catch my attention; Charles because he’s so newly crowned King and Kate because she’s so young. Charles is using his situation as a teaching lesson to encourage men with symptoms to get checked out. News about Kate is reported to squash rumors and speculation on her whereabouts. Sure, their wealth affords them the best health care that not everyone is privy to, but in some respects, the Royals are facing the challenges of medical trouble like other families. It matters to me. I’m never going see Kate close enough to curtsey to her, butI have compassion for her situation and for the rest of the Royals.

Divine, I'm sorry to hear you as well as your family are suffering your current health maladies. I think I've felt curiosity about the Royals ever since former princess Diane. I still wonder how things would be now had she remained alive. I do hope all the Royals stay well.

Ruth — love the meme. Sounds like Johnson has thrown in with the MAGA extremists of his party. What a hopeless situation. Then again, I think the majority of the Reps party is hopeless. The whole thing needs to be flushed at some point. We not only need to be rid of the orange person but the orange stain he seems to have imprinted on so many in the party.

Even if the Loon is not viable (and he isn't) there will be someone just waiting for the Reps. to get back in power so they can keep up the orange work big time — so hope that the whole party goes down.

No idea about the syphilis, but the dementia. Why else would the Loon hold up a very white hand with apparent sores/wounds. Interesting.

“Dementia Don” Mangled His Campaign Video With Downright Humiliating Flub, Accidentally Told Everyone Not To Support Him

Yea. He actually said that out loud...

    by Andrea Thompson8 seconds ago8 seconds ago613ShareTweet

Hearing something resoundingly stupid coming out of Donald Trump’s mouth has become such an anticipated daily occurrence at this point, that it’s honestly hard to even shock us anymore. But every once in a while, the big guy still manages to pull it off — especially when it’s a foot-in-mouth flub of EPIC proportions like this.

Despite his literal mountain of scandal and legal troubles that continue to grow with each passing moment, the disgraced, one-term, twice-impeached former president is still hammering hard at his 3rd consecutive run at the White House, as the 2024 presidential election creeps up on us all.

Of course, when it comes to that campaign of his, he’s not actually doing any debates or discussions or really anything that would put him toe to toe with someone that might be better than him, as any normal presidential candidate would do. Rather, Donald’s 2024 campaign is thus far going down like all his others — chock full of eyeball-twitching rallies and unhinged pre-recorded campaign videos that assure his ego and pride aren’t compromised in any conceivable way.

Yet, he’s still managing to screw those up to.

Why on earth this absolute jackass can’t manage to bring himself to just read off of a teleprompter that’s right in front of him is and always will be far beyond me. But nevertheless, he continues to refuse to be tamed, resulting in hilarious nonsense like accidentally telling all his supporters… not to support him.

In one of his most recent pre-recorded campaign videos, ex-president turned presidential candidate Donald Trump addressed his supporters and said:

With the 2024 election now less than one year away, this is your chance to take a stand against tyrants that support the one and only movement that can save our country and make America great again. We must win in 2024.”

Afraid of REAL truth since it won't match theirs.
