Curious about cold implants after reconstruction

Fabulous Women: I had a nipple-sparring preventative mastectomy in 2018 and reconstruction in 2019 and 2020. It was the right decision for me without a doubt. However, there are lingering challenges. For one, I'm so tired of my cold, cold silicone implants (and I live in Southern California!) I'm wondering how YOU are feeling about this and if it makes any sense for me to take matters into my own hands. If you've had reconstruction after mastectomy, I would LOVE your feedback on some questions about an idea I'm trying to validate. It's a short (10 questions) survey. I appreciate any input.
