​How long after TE placement until can you be out and about?

I am having delayed reconstruction. Bilateral mastectomy was in 2019; delayed TE placement surgery coming up soon.

After mastectomy I went flat, and was able to travel and be comfortably in public about 1.5 months later. Full recovery/getting to "normal" took longer than that but I was ok getting on a plane at that point.

Can anyone tell me their experience with tissue expanders -- how long until you felt comfortable driving, doing air travel, traveling at all, etc. I know it will likely be slightly different since I am doing delayed recon as opposed to having TEs placed at time of mastectomy, but all info is appreciated!
