Stiffness after spine radiotherapy

Hi again. So after been in chronic back pain what i thought was down to my recent reconstruction, it was the cancer returning. Spine,pelvis,liver and nodes. Diagnosed 3 weeks ago. I went from bed bound in hospital, they managed my pain and i was pottering around with a walking frame. Im 47 and active usually. 2 weeks ago i had a blast of radiotherapy to the spine and pelvis. And for the first week i was still up all day pottering about. After the second week im very tired and very stiff, finding walking difficult. Im guessing thats the radiotherapy? I hope so.... has this happened to you? Did you ever learn to walk again?
