Gallbladder sludge and constipation-is there a connection

I had an abdominal MRI today. Everything seems okay except gallbladder sludge and fecal matter seen in whole colon. I’ve been dealing with constipation on all CT scans for a while. Is it from the gallbladder? I don’t have pain in my gallbladder, but I should say yet. My mom ended up having her gallbladder out later in life, but she never had cancer.

Any thoughts on how to help my insides get back to functioning? I don’t and probably won’t take supplements, except maybe magnesium hydroxide. Anyone have a certain brand? I’m a very picky eater and don’t really like too much. I’m an old-school meat and potato person
