Does bone pain mean progression

I have cancer in my hip and spine. I was diagnosed in June. I’ve had four treatments and just had first pet scan since treatment. Has anyone had progression after only four rounds of chemo? My chemo is kadcyla. Thereason I ask is I have pain in my waist and upper thoracic area. It’s worse when I stand.

I go to oncologist next Wednesday to get results. I’m curious about stage four members experiences.
