Lymphovascular and perineural invasion

Has anyone here had this in their pathology report? Did it change your treatment plan? I have read conflicting research as to their prognostic value. My MO and RO both said Oncotype is more accurate for deciding treatment plan but is there a chart or formula somewhere for adding in escape pathways to estimate distant recurrence? Maybe I misunderstand and all tumors have the same pathways, but it just isn't mentioned on a path report.
