Gamzu, I understand about doing way better with diet and exercise on chemo. I've been terrible about keeping a good diet and doing any exercise at all the last few months. I have stopped taking the AI, and am not going to try another, so I really should be watching diet and exercise. I too need better self motivation to shape up. I'm sorry about the radiation fibrosis and hope it clears up for you.
