Lymph nodes and PET

had a PET scan - anybody has any idea why a couple of lymph nodes can light up ( SUV 3-4) while the lessons themselves appear to be inactive/possibly scars?

    What did your oncologist say about them? What did the PET report say?

    oncologist said nothing yet.report says " a couple of slightly increased in avidity but not size nodes ". SUV 4.1 one of them , 2.something other and a third one simar.

    In my report my oncologist said these are reactive nodes, not significant, don’t know what it means but my guess is these are not se

    what was the SUV of yours ?

    My treatment was changed once because new active lymph nodes popped up so it was classed as progression.
