Bruise/blemish

hi there, I have developed 2 lumps over time since my double diep flap operation in April last year.

Fine needle biopsies came back as fat necrosis.

They grow and maybe change shape (not sure). Now recently I see it looks bruised under the one lump, Quite a large bruise. Just want to know if anyone else has dealt with this?
