@cure-ious Thank you for that information about Jardiance. Never would have thought to try it. I do tend to eat a lot of sweets-so I wonder if there is a connection between that and my neuropathy.

Soldanella, its remarkable that you were able to move after chemo back to endocrine therapy mixed with targeted drugs, and then to Xeloda, which is probably an easier regimen? They are finding that its possible to successfully move from one PIK3CA therapy to another, so it could be worth trying some of the newer drugs that are being rushed through phase 3 trials at the moment..
IntoLight, Will they be doing genomics to look for any new mutations? Hope the chemo regimen is just as successful as it was for Soldanella, and that once you get through it and beat back the mets there are easier options ahead as she has discovered…

@cu-rious Yes, I am extremely lucky with Xeloda. My oncologist came back very enthusiastic from the San Antonio congress and told me about the new anti-hormonal molecules that can bypass the ESR1 mutation. Perhaps for later. Thank you for all the valuable information you share on this site. It allows me to better collaborate with my doctor when we discuss new treatments. This forum is incredibly valuable.
I wish you happy holidays.0
