A quick update from my side. I finished my radiation therapy today and will be starting tamoxifen next month as advised by my RO. I do not know how to move forward from here. I am struggling right now.

Hi @ichan , It’s great to be done with radiation but you feel worse before things get better. It takes several weeks to a couple of months for the fatigue to lift. I had an exhausting combination of fatigue and insomnia. Acupuncture helped some. I never took tamoxifen but there are threads on this site that deal with it. Hang in there. You can discuss therapy or meds with your PCP if you continue to struggle. Things eventually improve but it takes longer than you think it should.
