Paget's recurrence?

Anyone out there ever have a recurrence of Paget's?
I'm 10 years out from a DX of Paget's and DCIS, grade 3. Had 2 MX. Cancer was on L side.
A couple of months ago, I developed this concave circle area on my L chest. Then I developed this very small fine rash on the top edge of this circle. Today I had a punch biopsy of the area.
So I was just wondering if anyone out there has had a recurrence of Paget's. Paget's is pretty rare anyway,, so,,,,,
