Unilateral breast discharge post IDC

I was dx with right breast IDC and DCIS in January 2021. Had lumpectomy, radiation and on Letrozole. For the past two weeks I have noticed dots of orange fluid in my bra and on nightgowns from the left breast. I have never had this before. My question is would it be ok to wait until my scheduled diagnostic mammogram in 5 weeks or should I call to see if I can be tested sooner? Thanks for any advice.
