March 18 in Hormonal Therapy - Before, During, and After

Trying to find some solution to weight gain. Has anyone had any experience with anything to help lose weight and help with the hot flashes? I have read on so many different things out there that are supposed to help with the hot flashes and weight gain but wanted to check in here to see if anyone has any success.
