US CDC guidelines for Lung Cancer screening

Options

In the US, CDC does have a guideline for lung screening. And for some reason, lung screening, is not as widely known as colorectal or breast screening. But nonetheless, the language on their site does not include those whom have had breast cancer or have gone thru breast cancer treatments under the "whom should be screened". I think that needs to change as there are medical reports, articles and journals that says we are in an increase risk of lung cancer. How can we get this language changed? If its not changed, it could most likely be an uphill battle to not only to get our doctors to order these screening but also our health insurances to pay for it.
