Joint replacement and Ribociclib

I had a total reverse L shoulder replacement 5/9/24. I stopped the Ribociclib a month before surgery to have adequate counts. Im interested to know if there are women out there who have undergone joint replacement while on Ribociclib and when they resumed their dose cycle.
My oncologist wants to resume in 3 weeks.
I am on 400mg 3 weeks on 2 weeks off grade 2 -3 neutropenia.
