Sports bra recommendations

in Life After Breast Cancer Treatment: Now What?

Hi there,

Does anyone have suggestions for a sports bra they love? I had a lumpectomy, some lymph nodes removed, and radiation last year. Overall, I'm doing really well but the surgery area is still sensitive. I bought the only "sports bra" that our local bc garment store had to offer. It's perfect for day to day (comfy with no seams on the sides) but I need something more supportive for aerobics. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

    I woke up from surgery back in 2018 for BMX with a Prairie Wear bra. You should be able to find it online. I have continued to buy their products and use them as sports bras for circuit classes. They sell different levels of compression for active wear and everyday.
