Orserdu tumor markers

Hi all. I'm new here. I was in verzenio for 2 years. Worked great for me TM were normal range and pet scans were excellent. Then one spot on my pelvic bo e was being stubborn. Found out I had ESR1 mutation and started Orserdu. Has anyone tried Orserdu? Ever since I started it almost 4 months ths ago, my TM are climbing but pet scans show just 2 small spots on my pelvic bone. Will my markers begin to go down soon? Has anyone had this issue?
