Any triple (or double) positives taking Ibrance with Phesgo as maintanance? The PATINA trial results feom this year look quite promising and this procol almost doubled the time to progression.

Am I reading the results correctly? The average (median PFS) was almost 4 years to progression.

How bad are the side effects of this cdk6 inhibitor compared to just Phesgo?

I am double positive ER+ PR- HER2+, but stil considered hormone positive (high on estrogen)

And also, I am in Europe... any experience from Europe? The combo has not yet been approved by ESMO
