Diagnosed last week
newly diagnosed HR+ aggressive lobular stage 4 with hundreds of bone metastases. Showed up on cr scan head snd mri neck when I complained of bone pain. Was PET negative and normal cmp and cbc so oncologist suspects bone only. However I read it ifnt easily picked up on PET as lobular grows in sheets. Oncologist said don’t worry as treatment is the same. Confused as eoii you lent they wanna know if there is organ impact as it affects my prognosis.
