    Well seems I missed the pillow fight again.  My kids from Seattle came in and we have been up talking all night.  Finally going to bed at 2am.  Way past my bed time.  I cooked 4 pies this afternoon.  Maybe I can post a pic tomorrow.  I delivered two to my mom for our Christmas there tomorrow.  DH made the Chili for tomorrow and I picked up the tamales.  That is our Christmas tradition here in Texas.  We don't do another Turkey and dressing.

    MamaV that is AWESOME NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!  So glad to hear that, and will be in your pocket partying on Tuesday!! :)

     Snoopy....the hot flashes are horrible!! :(    I have been OFF my tammy now for four days cause dr. wants to keep me off till the rest of my tests are done, but the hot flashes haven't gone away yet :(   oh well, hopefully SOON! Then I am sure he will put me back on it, and they will continue! 

    June...I am doin' a bit better, daily.......just really hurt on my neck area where they did the surgery now.....my arm is getting better :)      

    Anne.....no worries, I am SURE you will add great to our group.....everyone does :) and we love to party so come join anytime!!!!! :) Good luck on the bone density test!!! :)

    purple: that is cute!!!!!! I dare not look at them when my granddaughters are around!!!!! heheee

    I answered my nail problem......... FAKE NAILS!! :) I have this thing about them......my daddy always said: pretty nails and nice looking hands are a must for a young lady.....I heard that from the time I was about 5!! hehe  So after seeing how HORRIBLE they were beginning to look.....off to the nail salon I went!!  :)

    June tell him to HUSH!!!! heheheeeeeeeeee and then point out a few grey hairs!! LMBO!!!!

    Sandee........I am so sorry hon...that sucks that you cannot love your job due to a certain person........it sucks!!!! :(     

     About new pains.......I am in pain 24/7 with fibromyalgia, so it is hard at times to know when new "pains" are due to something with cancer......I just tell the doc and go on.... (All these tests and surgeries weren't from me telling him about pain, they were due to high CEA levels.        My surgery area is getting a bit better. Neck is still hurting inside but arm is getting better!! :) Thank goodness......it was hard to even type!!      I think I pulled an area in my neck, the muscles feel really sore from my throat area down to my chest. Will have them check it out Wednesday if it is still hurting! :(

    Well........as USUAL.........I MISS all the whackiness going on parties on Friday and Sat nights cause I work........WELL I decided that ya'll are gonna get whacked even if it is late!! SOOOOOOOOOO

    JUNE!!!! YOU DO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SINGLE GIRL SMILE!!!!!!! :) Thanks for the man pics!! And ohhhhhhhhh so glad none of them granddaughters were around right now!!!!!!! heheeee

    OMG SHERRY!!!!! I am coming to your house next Christmas party!!!!!!! My grandpa was from Tx and we would have three pots of chili and loads of tamales for Christmas eve every year when he was alive!!!!! I SOOOOOOOO MISS THAT!! :((         Thanks for the reminder of them happy days of our tradition that was lost along the lines.....       still happy memories!! :)

    last night with my kids and Christmas gathering was so awesome!! My son and dil got me a mother's ring.....it's so precious!! He had gotten me one with his very first paycheck when he was 16 and after wearing it daily for 15yrs, it broke last year SO this Christmas he blessed me with another one!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!          Enjoyed seeing my one yr old granddaughter who is growing so fast!!!!!     We had deer ham which my other dil and her dad made......oh my was that yummy!!! Had a great evening watching my 5 grandkids open their presents from each other....and the baby from all us here.

    Today spent time with two granddaughters at their Christmas parties at school. How fun that was!!! I have been asked to "read" to the kids' class once a month for thirty minutes.....I am so excited about that and the two girls are too!! :)       Grandkids are amazing!!! :)

    I am so excited to be having a grandchild on Monday (scheduled c-section)!  My dil already had two children (that are now my grandchildren and barely younger than my youngest child) but I didn't get to know them when they were babies.  They were age 4 and 5 when my DS met her.  I love them and truly believe they were meant to be my grandchildren, but to get to meet a grandchild as a newborn and be there when it is born is just so exciting!

    achpurple!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!! :)           Your story is just like mine almost 8 yrs ago! :)    

    I had my first biological granddaughter. But, my son had married a girl that had two children so I already had two special ones given to me :) They were 3 and 5 when they came into my life! It is so exciting!!  Now, I have FIVE!!!!! heheee   Two more from that son and daughter in law, and a yr old one from my youngest son and dil             We should have been grandparents first! heheheeee

    Arch purple, congrats on the new grandchild! How exciting. I hope you'll post a pic. My DD has not given up on a little sister yet. I am almost 49 and on tamoxifen and in chemo pause or maybe menopause, who knows. DD is 14. When the doc left a message to call her back last March (it was to get results of biopsy), my DD thought I was pregnant. And neither age nor BC nor mastectomy or chemo or any of it has dissuaded her from her aspiration to be a big sister.



    Sorry for anyone who is having worries or side effects. Hoping for good news, less side effects for all.



    And just for good mention, WHACK to all of you just when you were least expecting it! I can be just as sneaky as the next tammi girl.

    Seems I went to bed too early last night but was so very tired.  June - the eye candy was wonderful - I see you brought enough to share with everyone.  You sure do know how to throw a party.  Love ya gal.

    Have my 6 month MO appt at 8:30 on Monday morning.  Just routine but you never know....... 

    Having a busy weekend and will try to check back later.

    Oh Sherry the party sounds like it was fun.  What kind of pies did you make?  Blueberry is the best.  O agree on the not having turkey n stuffing so soon after Thanksgiving.  My hubby would love chili.  Enjoy your day with your momma!

    Congrats on the new baby achpurple.  You will have to post the details as soon as the little blessing arrives.  Enjoy!!!!
