good news about jen ,sue now prayers that the right doc is found . team gb lost on penalities when the family booked the tickets they didn't know what teams they would be watching, so they were really pleased when they found they would be watching team gb. mind my nephews fiancee is not too happy with the tennis because she loves roger federer. orla-hope the office got back to you , hope its not the keflex . unfortunately with allergies your reaction can get worse with exposure. cyn-keep sleeping,your body needs it, . it was 94f at aquatica today looking a little red now,having a cider to cool off

Awwwww....dorkie, I can feel your pain. Mine is just from my treatments today, and it will heal. Although they did grab my ankle TWICE, even though I asked them not to. Ouch! Yes, it surely is sad right now, with so much going on with everyone. Maybe we're getting it all out now, and soonliest we (and our families) will be SO much better and we can partay again.
I like your group hug, so will ditto it! And yeah, no need to say goodnight to de wascal waltons. Hope you sleep well tonight, and hope everyone gets a good nights sleep. Still looking for Chrissy....gonna put out an APB. Someone asked about Bernie, but I think she is still off visiting her friend. Morning Babes.
An elderly woman was looking for a pet to be a good companion and not much trouble.
The pet store owner suggested a parrot, showed it to her and guaranteed her it would be a wonderful companion.
The woman asked if it would behave if she took it to church with her on Sundays.
The owner said it shouldn't be a problem and that she could put him on her shoulder and he would stay there.
She bought the parrot and for the next week spent time getting to know him.
Assured that he spoke properly and was well behaved, she put him on her shoulder and went off to church.
Just as everyone quieted down and the sermon began, the parrot looked around, squawked and said, "It's goddamned cold in here!"
Everyone turned to look at her and she ran out of the church in total embarrassment! All the next week, she talked to the parrot explaining the necessity to remain quiet during church.
The parrot understood so she put him on her shoulder and went to church the following Sunday.
Once again, just as everything got quiet and the sermon began, the parrot squawked, looked around and loudly proclaimed, "It's goddamned cold in here!!"
And again the woman ran from the church. The next day she returned to the pet store and explained the embarrassing situation to the owner.
Since she didn't want to get rid of the parrot, the owner offered the following solution:
If the parrot does that again, grab him by the legs and swing him around 5 or 6 times and return him to your shoulder." "That'll work?" asked the woman. "Guaranteed!" exclaimed the owner.
So, the next Sunday she took the parrot to church and, sure enough, just as the sermon started, the parrot squawked, "It's goddamned cold in here!!" Without any hesitation, the woman grabbed his legs, swung him around 5 or 6 times and placed him back on her shoulder.
The parrot shook his head, ruffled his feathers and said, "Pretty fuckin' windy, too!"

Good morning, Loungettes! yesterday's orientation was good, a bit boring in places, but that's how that stuff goes. met some great people. Came back to the hotel, had a dwinky or 2 at the bar with some of the gals, went up to my room to put on my suit and have a swim before dinnah. Opened the door, bed made up prettily, room nice and tidy. Opened the drawer where I'd put my clothes, empty. OK, I was tired when I unpacked, maybe it's in the middle drawer. Empty. Noticed my driving shoes are not next to the TV where I left them. No clothes hanging in the closet. No carry one in the closet. EVERYTHING is GONE!!!!! I go down to the lobby, the computer said I had checked out so the housekeeper threw everything into the carry on and they stuck it in a storage room. Then tried to tell me the reservation was for only one night. Then tried to tell me they were full. Well, I made a bit of a stink (had an audience, a line of people waiting to check in), got my room back, got my stuff brought out of storage, went up and checked to make sure everything was there (it was). got an apology and a ticket for a free breakfast. Almost everyone having some problem with the hotel check in process yesterday. Got the reciept this am and it was wrong, had to get that corrected. I'm seriously considering staying somewhere else next time!
Someone asked why I took Sadie to Aunties so early--it was a work schedule thing. I go on call at 3 pm on Fridays, so can't make an hour drive to drop her off. But it's ok, she's happy, aunty is happy and I'll get her back tomorrow!
Got to catch up with the gals for breakfast. Later Loungettes!

NM, that SUX big time! How horrid, and scary too....hope nothing was missing. What I also thought was weird was that your KEY still worked....usually they de-progam those asap. Unless it was an actual metal key. Glad you at least got a free bkfst, BUT if they are a big chain, then I would also write to corporate after you leave. That was NOT good, and most chains want you totally happy or will refund. Glad you met some nice gals to dwink with!

Will be nice to be able to reach them before just going over. Taking my mom out for lunch today, then her eye dr appt. This will prolly decide whether or not she can renew her DL. Hope she likes this dr, I think she went to her many yrs ago when she lived here. THEN tonight we have our twilight kayak trip down the river. HOPING it will not rain, as lately we have had a lot of late afternoon/early eve rain storms. Ha,ha....Orla you were right...I was SO sore last night and this ayem. My shoulder blades feel like they are deeply bruised, and hurt just lying on my back for a few min. The masseuse really dug into all my aches and kinks.

Just sounds too painful, and I'm afraid they will damage me more. I do hope it helps you, and with all the pain you have had, of course you would look a mess under the scopes. UH OH NM, and all you got was a free breakfast??? All I can say is "online reviews". Just read Kathy's suggestion, that is good too. Write to corporate. Tell them you want more compensation than a free breakfast, or you will be making a bad review. On the goot side, glad you were able to imbibe with some friends and have a swim.
