Orla, Not sure what that is from. Maybe Juliet or NM will get to tell us (but NM may not be online for awhile). I started getting dry patches suddenly last week...thankfully good lotion has helped that, but not sure about your rash...had any bandages there? Or chaffing?

sorry ,i'm in a hotel and the internet is spotty, orla is there any drainage? if the area feels warm too the touch,call someone tonight i think you would be wise to have it checked out it may just be a contact dermatitis or allergy but has its in a surgical area best get a professional to look at it. we all have enough issues .after 28 years of nursing now i develop a allergy to the hospital cleaner. hope everybody is having a good day, (((((((jennifer))))))) and lots of prayers

could be you've developed a new allergy or it might be a heat related rash due to the wonderful humidity today! but give your doc a call see if they want to switch your antibiotics don't take anymore until youv'e talked to someone take care

MEMA-Hope DD is doing better today. ORANGE-From the beginning i've had shoulder blade pain on/off on both sides. Some pain/burning on the incision(it feels like it's there),some pain in the whole area sometimes, and spasms(?) Sometimes it feels like throbbing or twitching, or like a nerve is being pulled when i'm just sitting doing nothing. Then there's the pain when you first lie down and first sit up. Now i'm feeling a little rubbing or pressure under one,probably on the ribs like the P.S. warned me about. And finally it's not as easy to breathe sometimes. It's not exactly fun but i'm handling it,it could be worse. Well girls it's another hot day here in Cali,going to reach 100 this week AND be humid too! I'm going to look like I stuck my finger in a light socket with all the damn moisture,ugghh. Off to do my version of physical therapy so i'm able to move better. The hospital doesn't really tell you what to do so i'm on my own. CHEERS ALL.

Good morning, Loungettes,
just a quick jump on before orientation this am. The hotel's business center is one computer and one printer, been trying to get some time on the machine since I got hear last evening. got a 9th floor room with a nice view, will grab some pics later and post when I get home. Drove up through intermittant torrential rain, such fun! Traffice doubled the travel time. Remind me next time not to be driving through southern Maine during rush hour, even if it is Sunday. I'm looking forward to orientation and meeting some new people, and visiting the pool and whirlpool after. I'll post more if I get the chance!

Ok, Camel Toes was wrong, but I knew there was a name for that on the men, and after much research, I found it....Moose Knuckles. I couldn't remember that one, so called them camel toes. Kathy, I'm sure that ankle will hurt for quite some time, that was a lot of weight that fell, and to hit your bone...........oh I just cringe. But I hope it's better soon. How is your mom doing, any episodes?
DorK, yard work is NO easy chore, but the rewards are beautiful. It gets my back, so I have to be very careful as it never hurts at the time, it shows up later.

Well, I love all of you!!!!! DH and I had a very nice day, it was actually cold up on top of the mountain, and still snow up there! We were also able to see a lot of the devastation from the Wallo Fire. I'll post pictures when I get a chance to get them off my camera.

Glad you got on the puter for a bit NM....I have been at hotels b4 where it was that limited, and soooo hard to get on. The complex we were at in Vegas (several towers) had about 8 or 10 computers, but you were limiited to so many minutes at a time. HOPE you do get into the pool later on, and have a good day today! Ummmmm.....that starbucks coffee sounds good, but maybe we could slip in some brandy (for Sue), or some Baileys?

OOPS Hope I didn't bump dat Moose Knuckle outta your hands, Lori (de dwink, goils!). LoL....I think I had heard that term b4 too, but its been awhile. Yeah, My mom is doing so much better. Last night she looked 10 yrs younger....looked SO good, I kept complmenting her. Told her maybe I should stop dwinkin too....if I would get that good a result! She looked bright and perky, and pretty.It was so nice, as she looked worn out in HI and didn't even fix her hair like she usually would. NICE change. But my dad looks a bit down, and bored. Hope he will end up being glad he moved, but that might not happen! My mom never smoked, guess thats why she has been so healthy. Also, they are sooooo good about not having too many sweets, etc. Unlike me! NEat that there was still snow up there! Can't wait to see pics, but sad about the fire damage.
P.S. Lori, when I first read the ingredients for the Moose Knuckle dwink, I thought it said Vodka, OJ, and "Red Butt".....LOL

Hello Girls.......seems like not enough hours in a day anymore to communicate with everyone. This will all change when I get back to work in 3 weeks..you would think the opposit but you know ..I have slow times and especially on the weekends..you'll get sick of me.

*ouch*, *crack*, *crunch, crunch, crunch*....chit, didn't know I had so much wrong with my neck,shoulders,and back. X-rays looked awful, and never had 'adjustments" b4, so didn't realize it would hurt and you hear the *snap*. They did soooo much, some heat therapy stuff, deep massage (sooo good but hurt sooo much!), decompression, and adjustments. Hope it will help, but of course, they want me there 2x wk. Will be hard finding the time to go.
Will surely be ready for Pau Hana tonight!!! Sue, Glad to hear Jen is much better! Thanks for keeping us "in the loop", and of course we will keep praying for her healing.

Orla, Yeah, hoping not to be in too much pain, as tomorrow night is our 3-4 hr kayak river trip! Did you drink tons of water afterwards? I prolly drank 5 glasses all afternoon, as the masseuse said it helps get the toxins out, otherwise the pain is worse. Of course now I'm on Seagram/Diet Coke which is prolly taking all the water outta me!
Who else is here for Pau Hana?? I know Dorkster needs a stiff one....(drink, girls, a stiff drink!)....cuz she did soooooo much outside work.
