Glad you had a great day in SF. Just about an hour south in San Jose, we were well in to the '80's with strong sun. Northern CA's famous micro-climates. Thank you again for a fabulous evening.

Great photos (aren't the murals in Coit Tower fantastic!)  and nice to see that Dazednconfused and Exbrnxgirl joined in and good to read you on this thead too.  Red, your photo is wonderful - a super addition and overall, shows how important our online bc.org connections are.

AnnieLane, even though you have been knocked back by a strong virus, you have kept up with your interval training and now up to 4 miles - well done!  Ann, I hope you are choosen for the study and Betty, thanks for the explination of having RA condition affecting your knees.

Yesterday was a day of rest for me (as Saturdays usually are) and this morning ran a comfortable 5k in this very summery, warm Sunday morning.

Have a terrific rest of the weekend everyone!

Darn I almost feel sad your trip is over too.  I enjoyed the scenery and the pictures of you meeting up with some others who I have seen around but maybe aren't on this thread.

I started off my day with nausea and a headache but I started to feel better this afternoon.  It was such a gorgeous day, sunny and 68 degrees so I hated to let this day escape without getting outside.  We drove to the lake and went for a walk around the lake for 45 minutes.  We enjoyed the wildflowers and wildlife.  A beautiful heron among the usual ducks, geese, and redwinged blackbirds.  Every rock had a turtle sunning on it.  I felt a little faint at the end so I hope I don't regret that but I feel a little better after water and a snack now.

Up far too early to go golfing and logged over 10,000 steps so far. Yay! Do NOT feel like doing anything else today, but I was reading on another thread about everybody's gardens, so I think I might go out and do a bit of weeding. Have a lovely evening. Smile

Busy weekend as my nephew graduated from high school. Lots of festivities, food and walking. Not nearly enough exercise to work off all the food so will have to push harder this week.

Have a great Sunday. Safe travels home to the CA Dreaming group.

Welcome Diane and Betty. Firstly full disclosure, the pictures were a joint effort, Ruth would make them, send them to me and I would post them from my phone, but like all old fat fingered ladies I couldn't type too much cause 1) I have fat fingers and 2) I can't really see the keyboardLoopy

Mum so good to see you again,  Red so glad you enjoyed your meet up, I recognize a lot of ladies from the board.  Ann hope the shoulder is resolving.

What a wonderful time we had, we did so much in a short period of time and we met up along the way with new friends and old and we covered a lot of miles, and I'd like to thank all of you who travelled to meet with us, we went to lots of beaches, we laughed and we ate, and we ate and we laughed, we rode the hills of San Francisco in rogue limos and we spent a very long time fascinated by the bread making process at Boudins on Fishermans Wharf, we toured Alcatraz and walked the Golden Gate oh and when you walk across it one way, you have to turn around and walk it back, boy was it windy up there. A big shout out to Sweet who wasn't feeling well but came along for the ride and was a real trooper when she was probably wanting to be home snuggled up in her bed in her Jammie's. Love you all my wonderful Sculpted Sisters.

Meece they got a small taste of a Tooley fog on Hwy 1, it got dark in Big Sur and the fog rolled in.... Eerie and scary as I could barely see the road, yikesBawling

TwoHobbies, the lake sounds lovely. SlowDeepBreaths, thanks for the good wishes. I enjoyed meeting everyone too.

Walked along a creek bed with the DH, and lots of trips up and down the stairs. Tiny bit of hooping.

Now she tells me she couldn't see on those hairy curves!!!  Smart gal as I may have stayed up there camped out on the roadside awaiting daylight.

Well, just made it home, 1:30am local time.  Notified a few days ago that flight had been moved up to leave an hour earlier - good.  Get to airport and plane had mechanical and computer problems so was then delayed 2-1/2 hours.  Had to come on so fitbit could sync up.

Night my sculpted sisters.  Have to be at work in 6 hours - yikes.

Glad you made it home safely.  And glad you made it through the Tule Fog!  Now you can see why the schools have fog delays.  Nobody should be out on the roads when the fog is that heavy.

Ran 2.5 miles before work today.

Hope you California Dreaming girls all arrived home safely and don't have too rude an awakening getting back to everyday life.

Did a little family vacation to Maine last weekend, so lots of driving and not enough walking, difficult to get my steps in.  The only day I managed out of 3 was yesterday, as we did a short hike to Grand Falls on the Dead River, just beautiful.  We also went white water rafting on the Kenebec Saturday, which was fun fun fun.  Off to the gym tonight, did way too much unnecessary eating and drinking!

Et tu, Meece!  I might have decided to go home with you had I known Cheryl was the blind leading the blind.  Winking

Seriously, Cheryl did an absolutely great job driving from HB to SF without help.

Nice pics pat01.  White water rafting is something that scares me no-end!  (almost as much as driving on the coastal highway LA to SF in the fog!)

Love the Kenebec -   Bet the water was cold!   Celebrated DD HS grad this weekend so squeezed in a quick swim on Saturday and nothing on Sunday but celebration.   Did 1 hour of circuit training today including my kettle bells.    Being very careful not to add weight back too fast.  Slow and steady.

Love to all my sculpted sisters but good golly Miss Molly does it feel good to be home.  Walked in the door right about midnight EST and climbed into bed within 10-15 minutes, and didn't climb out until nearly noon!  Feeling much better today, saw my PCP about the gut problems from the past two weeks which had then worked into more of an anxiety problem around Thursday (and I forgot to pack my damn Ativan!).  After a long talk w/dr about symptoms, etc, etc, etc I'm going to give Lexapro a try for a while to straighten me out.

Everyone was so wonderfully understanding and accommodating of my physical/emotional issues, occasional urgent bathroom needs, numerous weepy moments, and attempts to follow a somewhat bland diet (do you have any idea how hard THAT is when you're traveling?).  All's well that ends well.  I was able to feel reasonably well and summon a true smile for group photo-ops when needed.  I sure hope I can bring more of my 'A' game next year!

Last Sunday I wished I had stayed home and was truly ready to call Delta for a quick turnaround to go back home.  Today I'm glad I stuck it out Smile

    Love to yall!

California Dreamin Gals  - I lost about 7.5 pounds since I left home on Saturday the 31st.  Won't last long though, DH just brought home one of my favorite comfort foods.......GLAZED DOUGHNUT HOLES!!!!   And they actually sound good to me - my appetite is already improving Smile

Kindergarten, so sorry I missed you; maybe on another trip.

S&S (Lisa), yes, you were a real trooper.  So glad you nixed the Delta turn around idea and pushed through.  I refused to get on the scale today.  May wait a couple days and try and work off (once my body gets some sleep) most of that food we downed the last few days.

    Night my sculpted friends.
