Thinking of Patty, Blondie and Rose tonight. I am sorry to hear Patty was back in the hospital. She has had a rough couple months. Blondie has a cold and talked to her some this week. She is struggling through that. Hoping Rose is doing okay. Heck, I hope all of you are doing okay today.
Mema- speaking of writing, you might like this! If you are on FB, there is a group called the Writer's Circle and this showed up this week. I have not started it yet, but think I will find more than 5 things wrong with social media to start!

I am not planning on reconstruction. I'm just not up for more surgery, and it's just not that important to me. I want to concentrate on getting better, for now. One of my co-workers is going through reconstruction, however, and we had a hilarious discussion you would probably appreciate. She is in the stage where she has tissue expanders and is going into the plastic surgeon periodically for additional fills. We were talking about how cool it would be if you could have adjustable boobs - they'd be like those Nike sneakers that were popular years ago with the little air pump inside them. Going to the beach? Just pump up the boobs a little more before you put on that bikini! We laughed so hard!
Loverly, are you pulling my leg about that dog photo? I kind of wondered. :-)
Mema, the one thing I am now afraid to ask about is Essex. Not sure I want to know!

hello my awesome friends ! I haven't logged on in awhile. I've just felt so miserable. Having a hard time with memory and confusion and with the dizzness its hard to read or type. Mo took me off tx for 2 weeks to see if this could be the problem. I am very happy to say i am doing some better.
Not even trying to play catch up bt will just jump back in now. Can't wait to see what's up with everyone and who is out living it up. Love those stories. I've missed you guys.

I hope Patty's doctors can make her more comfortable. I'm with Mema, I wish there was more we could do for her. Hopefully it helps her to know we are thinking of her.

Patty!!! Glad you are up! BBL. Bring a parent to school today. Dd2 really wants me to come to her school to bring her lunch. Yay, I'm glad she is still not embarrassed to be seen with me. See how long this will last.

Loveroflife - sounds like fun. How old is dd2 ? Whatcha taking her ? My youngest 10, still loves us to come to school lunch. My oldest 13 hasn't wanted us there since he was in 3rd grade. Funny how they are so different. Enjoy it while you can. T

SOORY, I was off too lunch with old workmate's. Took the day to think about getting ready, getting ready, and going. Lovely lunch. Soft seat, always looking for the soft seat with good support on the back. Lesson get there early and you get to choose the table and seat. Salmon was exceptional, sweet potato fries with a cinnamon/ sugar/spice dip and broccoli. Doesn't happen often so it was great fun. I might try to get them here for a Christmas lunch. Great reason to decorate and bring out the glass. I have Di to clean(God bless her) and I'll ask her to come help. Perfect!
Patty, you gave me a clue about loving Charlie Brown stuff with your screen name LOL. Me. I'm my Schatzi -german wired haired pointer- and my initials. Chosen very quickly b/c on "OMG They Found A Cure For Stupid" in the early days (<100 pages), our material was found to be reposted on Fb. They're was a fast shuffle by everyone to change avatars and screen names. I looked around saw Shats and the rest is hx. Glad you are back here in the land of ubiquitous frivolity. Leave the barf bucket at Walmart.
BTW , the news said that a bunch of kids dressed up as Walmart shoppers and that it is creating quite a news stir. Whomever finds it first, please, post.
