    @jojo1025,

    We're just checking back in on you as we haven't heard much from you since you joined. How are your treatment plans coming?

    Thinking of you!

    I haven't been on this board in many years. I was breast cancer free for 15 years. Recently, however, I was breathless and having pain in my stomach. Fluid was found on my right lung, which I had drained a week ago. Preliminary results showed breast cancer cells. I had a CT scan a few days ago. I've now been referred to the Multidisciplinary Team at my hospital and am waiting for my first consultation. I'm frightened and anxious but I'm a strong person with a lot of support from friends and family, so I know I will get through it.

  • @lifelover I am so sorry to hear that your BC is back. Like you, I went 15 years after my original stage 1 diagnosis. Then had pain in my sternum. Stage 4. That was over 2 years ago. I am doing great and have minor side effects from my treatments.

    It sounds like you have a great support system. Wishing you all the best!

    Hugs, Pam 💗
