Does DIM really work?

I am taking DIM. Also, doing the Healthy Keto + Intermittent Fasting diet/regimen which is online by Dr. Eric Berg. It improved my pre-diabetes, blood pressure, lowered my weight by 40 lbs, and I hope is helping me stay cancer free. I had no genetic predisposition for breast cancer (or liver cancer which killed my mother and grandmother).
