I will go back and read those cartoons, but I have another one to mention. It is funny, but not so funny in other ways. I was reading along just now and read that Mr. JD (ain't all together) Vance had a mishap. Seems he dropped AND BROKE the trophy Ohio State college just won. I feel sorry for Ohio State's team who were there, but at the same time:

what a bunch of misfit bumblers and have no idea of what I'm about and overall decorum slipped right past me long ago people. JD Vance who lost his actual relevance (even if he ever had any) long ago and every time he tries to get a leg up, why he fu##ks up. I am not sure, but I think Vance would not have been Trumps VP pick save for someone else ? Don little wacko cocaine sniffing Jr. I believe. Not that Trump would have had a decent choice either. But Vance is hanging around the WH house when he can so he can strut his stuff. So apparently he over strutted or something. That whole bunch is rotten, vile and horribly stupid and that they are allowed (any or all of them) to walk around un-attended and un-medicated as well is just a total bummer. I wish we could triple the hands off and just march on Washington and demand some replacements. Of course that can't and won't happen, but barring that I have many, many hopes that the upcoming elections will all but nullify anything this administration can do until we can't get done with the whole lot of them.

I do agree in many areas on Vance. While had he stayed in a certain niche he might have continued to be viewed in something of a better light. I have felt for a long time that people who get engineered some way (like Jr. insisting JD should be VP) or being noticed by Trump in some way and going into a relationship people do not always do well around Trump. I suspect in many cases you cannot outshine Trump and he often makes sure you don't.

I well recall during Covid when we were having people like Anthony Fauci everyday give updates etc. Trump finally horned in and insisted on presenting materials (some of quite foolish, downright stupid or just plain bad and wrong) more because he didn't like I think so much focus on Fauci. He wanted that limelight for himself. In this same way Vance has lost his relevance although I think he came to the table with less to begin with.

It would seem the more Vance wants to gain some stature the easier it seems for the 'fates' (a little karma kicking in maybe) to go against this and produce more of a disaster than anything else. I have been thinking that once his VP term is up he hopefully will fade into oblivion and give up government positions of any kind because to me he has never seemed very suitable anyway. When you wake up and find out your shoes don't fit well it is not much use to continue trying to shove your feet in them and stumble around all the time. It is ungainly and does too often end up displaying your buffoonery.

Hmmm, interesting. I had the feeling that the 2025 group are not going to get what they want either so in my mind, Vance will still fade away. I think it may be one of those have to wait and see things. Trump is losing a lot of ground lately and if it keeps up — who can be sure who will end up where.

Yes, perhaps exchange this criminal for Garcia who isn't one at all. Seems fair to me.

Yes, a big worry since the SC can't always be trusted.
