I'm up, as expected. Pizza for lunch yesterday at Costco cafe and mashed potatoes last night. I can't wiggle my wedding ring, a sign of fluid retention. I like my new bathroom scale, even if it won't lie for me. LOL.

I'm the same, on the new scale. But after a birthday on Sunday, a year older. I will try a little harder to lose some lbs.

I had such a wonderful vacation that I gained 4 pounds. Yikes!

Ruthbru, you always drop the vacation lbs. fairly quickly. Glad you enjoyed your vacation.
I'm down a lb. this morning.

Good for you Carole…and agree about Ruth, but know it isn't just a miracle — it's a lot of exercise🤩
I'm the same at my lower level from last week…go to Dr next Tuesday so will be extra good this week!

I must of been good in preparation for yesterday's Dr appt…down 1.2! Dr appt all good, I still have one blood enzyme that got out of wack with Arimedex and has never righted itself even after years of being off Arimedex. Dr isn't worried as every other measure is good, but still…after all we have been through - worry is easy to come by.
Happy end of March…this is our last March Wednesday…TT

Good for you on the loss, TT! Also, good news overall on your blood work.
I'm up this morning, 1 lb. plus. But I feel good and got an hour of deep sleep last night.
Hard to believe a third of 2026 is already over!!!

My platelets still are at the very bottom of normal almost 19 years after chemo! Annoying, but the doctors don't worry, so neither do I.
I didn't lose anything, but didn't gain either. Hopefully next week!

Thanks for sharing that Ruth. When I was actively in treatment I was on some threads that discussed/shared health details, but I haven't been there in years. There is so many details that just keep on giving, but very grateful to be in as good health as I am 10+ years post dx.

You are welcome. I just edited my post because I see I typed in the wrong number. It's 19 years, not 29 years (yet!).
