Hello @amerli -although my story us a bit different than yours, I’ve been going through the waiting game since the end of October. Probably the only thing helped me during this stressful time is to tell myself that no matter what, I can get through it. I agree with you, it completely sucks. I don’t really have any big insight to give you, unfortunately, but I’m sending caring and good thoughts your way.

@irishlove Wow that's some crazy fluctuation in temps! Glad you were able to take bp meds, hope it helped and you're feeling better by now. Will be in your pocket for endoscopy , may it go smoothly and quickly.

@eddiej Sounds like you have some interesting test results. I am crossing my fingers and praying that you can continue on your current treatment and that the issues resolve. Gray areas are so frustrating.
How often do you get scans and what kind? I get a PET scan every 12-14 weeks, depending on when my next HP infusion is scheduled. Since I’ve had 3 clear scans in a row, I am hoping we can switch to every 16 weeks. Also hoping to have HP infusions every 4 weeks instead of every 3. Trying to minimize the toxic substances in my body! 🤮
We got 3” of snow the other day and, like you, my dog 🐕🦺 loves it! Here is a photo from our back patio.

@irishlove - Really sympathizing with your endoscopy concerns. I've only ever had one of those and I was so nervous, scared, and anxious beforehand. Like you, I didn't like the idea at all of tubes going down my throat, the possibility of something going wrong, and then possible bad results. Well it turned out that things went very smoothly, I had no pain, and results were great too. I'd worried myself sick for nothing. I like to think that your procedure too will go real well and produce good and reassuring results. In your pocket for sure; sending a hug too!

I am ready to be done with the brain stuff, have my consult, have another consult with RO to see if radiation is required at this point. Not too bothered if that is the case.
Decided on breakfast, got some bigger potato cubes and beans to put in the air fryer and I can have some garlic bread. I must say it was really darn good. Beans were crispy and the potatoes though not crispy were good and did toast up some of the store bought garlic bread, both done in the air fryer. Everything is soaking in the sink, most likely for an hour.
EDIT I discovered a good way to stretch both yogurt and sour cream. I decided to have two more yogurts but don't have many left so I added some sour cream to the yogurt, mixed together and put some MIO powder in and it was super enjoyable.

Good afternoon, all!
Just got the results of this morning’s PET scan. Everything looks great. My MO was concerned about the ground-glass opacities (GGO) on my October pet scan. They are now resolving and there is no uptake. Probably from my upper respiratory infection (URI) in early October. But, when I had a chest CT in December to check on the GGOs, my MO was concerned, because they hadn’t improved, and both she and the radiologist were leaning toward new cancer in the lungs. However, I had also had two more colds, one of them possibly Covid, since the October pet scan. These illnesses could cause delayed resolution of the GGOs.
I’m curious to see what my MO says when I see her tomorrow…
Glad to have that test out of the way.

I also have the GGO in my lungs but it has been stable since the first significant reduction earlier this past year. We are pretty sure it’s cancer.
My Jan scan showed slight progressions on a few bone lesions which took us all by surprise. My MO said the increases were considered minor and if I were in a clinical trial, they would not be considered progression. He considers me still stable. But, can’t ignore it. We did the guardant test to learn more to decide if we need to change or add to treatment. However, my doc is very hesitant to change course yet. TBD…
We got 21” of snow!❄️❄️❄️Teddi, my pup, loves it! We, not as much but it is pretty!

We got 10 inches here and I’m so OVER the snow. I heard today there is another storm coming in this Saturday and Sunday that’s going to bring more snow for us. I’m ready to pack up and move to Florida 🙄🤦♀️😀🌻🌺🌼🌸
