"I'm up for it....but Rosemary, what will happen should we need you? Will you come runnin in the depends and a pail?"

You can depend on that, but just not here exactly. I'm sure I'll be somewhere near by.

If you need a visual, just picture M. Monroe running around in a diaper. Hmmmm,

You guys are such a hoot! It's a wonder I didn't get caught checking this thread at work this afternoon - it took awhile to read it all as I had to keep jumping over to the debate it forum to watch Marla's skirmishes. Not to mention that I kept laughing out loud, sitting there at my desk, all alone. How would I have explained that to the boss?

Marla - I'd vote for the master debater title. Ya done good girlfriend! Ronda (off topic a bit - but there is a little store not too far from here called "Master Bait & Liquor" believe it or not. You wanna t-shirt from that place?)

NO WAY! That is hillarious. I'd love a T-shirt - you mean they have'em? Can't believe it!

My husband says that one day we'll own a subdivision that's called "Morning Wood Estates". Wouldn't that be too funny?

    Oh Rosemary!!!
    LOL!

Holy crap - just went to see what the 'debate it' board was all about - scary $$hit happening there! (I was lurkin' in the background, UNDERCOVER!!lol) I love my American neighbours - have family in New York and we get along just fine! When we get together it's like the United Nations - we have to speak English, French and Italian just to have a conversation! I love going there and look forward to the kind faces and small talk - UNLIKE here - the meaner the look, the better!
Québec Sherry - not Ontario!! lol

Anyway, I love my AMERICAN FRIENDS and FAMILY!

Just thought I'd put in my 2 cents!!

Hi Ladies - Just checking in! My gosh the Debate It thread has gotten to be ...urgh...uhm...well, interesting. Marla, you did good, lady! But I don't want to "Debate it"

I just want to have a cold drink and dinner. I just had a thought - crazy, I know! - Do you think that someday they will talk about US on the DEBATE IT thread??? OOOOH - We'll have to keep an eye on that! LOL

You guys are cracking me up - it took me at least a half an hour to get caught up on today's events!

Honest injun Marla - though Doug said they call it Master Bait & Tackle. Either way is funny. Ball caps, t-shirts, can coozies. Haven't been over that way in awhile, but I'll check it out next time we're country cruisin. It's only about 40 miles from here.
I should think of a name for our "farm" - all 13 acres of it. Come on gals - what should I put on the sign over my driveway? Alchy Acres would probably be too obvious, as would Hangover Haven, Marla already picked Morning Wood Estates. Mojo Meadows? Nah - not there yet. I could just use our name, Barnow. It could just be known as the Bar Now Place! Ronda

Oh, Ronda, I LOVE "Bar Now Place"! What's the point in living if you can't enjoy your alcohol? Cheers!

Ronda, I'm gonna think on that one for you...give me a minute and I'm sure I'll think of something entertaining, yet satisfying. lol

    Laura, I like your sign...

Haven't been back to the debate it board in the last few hours...guess I'll have to hop over and see what's new? Honestly, I'll be glad when Melissa deletes those threads, so I can just stay here where "everybody knows my name", Sherry is the early drinker, and Rosemary is the keeper of the depends!

I'll be back...I hope! teehee! Rosemary - you got my back?

I've been noticing a few references to Canada v. US lately on this board. Are we gearing up to invade Canada, and no one told me again? This is how it starts, small things being said here and there, next thing it mushrooms to bigger things being said. Then Bush sends his lackies to the U.N. asking for support, lies have to be told, etc. We'll need funding, more arms (and do our legs). Is all this worth it? So we can nip this in the butt, what did Canada do this time? Oh, and what should one wear to this skirmish? I'll have to go shopping.

Tina just put a video on the high risk board on IBC which is not to be missed, its so informative. That video will save lives if it gets around the country.

Does this mean I can quit cleaning my house? And I think the camouflage look is in for wars and such.

Well I for one am planning on being prepared. I just don't know what color scheme we should use. They're pretty big on red over there and I really think we should not clash. So whatever color offsets red nicely, should do. And if we're invading we should have the choice of colors first.

I thought that was pretty funny, no don't vacuum the house, vacuum the dog! That was a good one. Oh, yes to answer your question, all housework should cease till further orders.

Should we take a poll on colors? I myself look good in red, but then black is so slimming. I'm just not into browns or greens since my skin is yellowish. Let me know what I need to wear. I could go nekkid but I'm not sure that would be appreciated by all.....

And, is it rude to start drinking before your guests show up? I don't want to be a bad hostess.....

I can see that there are some of us already having an identity crisis, not knowing what side to be on. This could mean a year in therapy. There's this nice reddish brown, such a warm and expensive looking shade. Which means we should skirmish in the fall. It would be nice to blend in to all those beautiful colors. Then we can talk about looting
